Thank you for shopping with Vita. We want you to love your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

All Sales Final

Due to limited releases and custom production, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item

We will review your request and, if approved, we will replace the item or provide store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, Vita is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the shipping provider for claims.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. For any urgent concerns, please contact us within 24 hours and we will assist if possible.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items cannot be canceled or refunded. Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may vary.
