Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 10–12 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Delivery time does not include order processing time.
Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, it will ship once the item is produced and ready. Dates may be listed in the product description. You will receive updates throughout the process.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Vita is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Delays caused by carriers or customs
If you experience an issue, contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also reach out to us and we will assist where possible.
International Taxes & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Vita.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
